Anxiety

Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. It’s a feeling of fear or apprehension about what’s to come. Some ordinary anxieties are a feeling that comes and goes, but does not interfere with your everyday life. But if you feel extreme, last for longer than six months, and are interfering with your life, you may have an anxiety disorder, feeling of fear may be with you all the time. It is intense and sometimes debilitating.

Depression

Depression is classified as a mood disorder. It may be described as feelings of sadness, loss of interest, or anger that interfere with a        person’s everyday activities, can be experienced differently among men, women, and children. A phobia is an irresistible and debilitating fear that progresses when someone has an exaggerated sense of danger about a certain object or situation.
